Beverly Angeline Dailey passed away March 12, 2024 in Kingston Residence of Sylvania at the age of 72. She was born June 22, 1951 in Louisville, KY to Elmer and Lucille (Boyd) Smith.
She was a strong independent woman who would give you the shirt off her back if you needed it she always treated friends like they were family she always made sure her grandkids had the best summers either with having a trampoline or a swimming pool. She always made sure the holidays were setup perfect for the grandkids plus us kids as well those were always the best day was the holidays. At one point in her life her six children all caught head lice, and it happened more than once. So, she got all the children in the neighborhood plus their parents to the local park she check everyone’s heads treated them and helped everyone clean their homes to get rid of the lice no child in that neighborhood ever got lice again THE OTHER WAY MINISTRIES gave her a neighborhood award for eradicating the head lice. No matter the circumstance she was always there to do what she could to make things better. She was very caring women and loved her family very much.
Beverly is preceded in death by her parents Elmer & Lucille Smith; borthers Robert Whitfield and George Whitfield; son Donald and grandson Devin Dailey. She is survived by her children Ronald, Angela, Marjie, Patricia, Jamie; grandchildren Jessica, Dylan, Shantel, Warren, Dakota, Brianna, Isabella and
great grandchildren- Aaron, Sebastian and Phoenix.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday March 23, 2024 at Bent Custom 2746 W. Sylvania Ave. Toledo, OH 43613 from 5 – 7 PM.
